Today, when it comes to the dynamic mobile industry, change is the name of the game. However, considering the progressive markets and operating environments, it’s safe to say that organisations are under pressure to adapt to the latest technologies while delivering diverse mobile services. One such realm is messaging/voice services. However, IT-Decision Telecom goes beyond the conventional messaging service to deliver the best quality that clients expect. By combining mobile operators with SMS service providers, IT-Decision Telecom works to generate revenue within the mobile sector. “Our mission has been to create the highest quality SMS service to enable communication between individuals and enterprises, applications or services,” says Sergii Diachenko, CEO and co-owner of IT-Decision Telecom.

Since its inception in 2011, followed by the release of its SMS platform, IT-Decision Telecom has progressed by leaps and bounds. With the launch of its VoIP division in 2017, the company is providing the full communication spectrum to its customers and partners worldwide. IT-Decision Telecom has developed a cloud communication platform that focuses on delivering messaging features and functionalities. “With our cloud communication platform any company or developer can easily integrate messaging/voice capabilities into their own app in minutes by using the SMS/Voice API,” says Denys Shkarupa, CTO and co-owner of IT-Decision Telecom.

In messaging, IT-Decision Telecom focuses on providing global coverage with SMS API integration for carriers and web portals for enterprises, while ensuring data protection and privacy and providing flexible pricing options. Similarly, for its VoIP service, the company provides worldwide coverage with direct routes for wholesale and retail traffic.
Further, the development team aids in the process of providing improved and increased coverage, whereas the technical team is available for round-the-clock customer support.

ITD Telecom has built the largest communication network for sending SMS and Voice messages worldwide, thus providing an extensive global coverage. Presently, “We cooperate with more than 200 mobile operators/ carriers and guarantee the successful delivery of text messages/voice calls in more than 200 countries worldwide,” adds Diachenko. The company’s unique selling proposition lies in the flexibility of the service and ease in SMS API Integration it provides along with manifesting simplicity and transparency that allows connecting the SMS gateway or Voice capabilities to the client’s application in a short time.

Improving the security, quality, and speed at which messages are delivered has remained the prime focus for IT-Decision Telecom. Diachenko explains, “By creating our own network of direct connections with operators and increasing the security on the same, we reduce the delay in receiving an SMS by avoiding elaborate changing routes.” The algorithms for automated routing systems are adept at detecting low SMS delivery percentage and immediately redirect the SMS traffic through reliable at that moment alternate routes.

One of IT-Decision Telecom’s clients, a financial institution under the NDA, required help with confidential and secure data transmission and increased speed of SMS delivery to their customers. IT-Decision Telecom stepped in by integrating its SMS API into the financial institution’s system to send one-time transaction verifications to submit online payments and for two-factor authentication via SMS. Another client, a travel operator, sought help with sending SMS notifications to clients with promotional information. IT-Decision Telecom helped them out by offering a web access tool so that the representative of the travel operator could send messages with their brand name to millions of subscribers with a single click.

The company plans to expand to Chinese and Hong Kong as well as Brazilian and Argentine markets. This expansion will increase the technical load on IT-Decision Telecom’s communication platform, and the development team has begun working actively on the scalability of the system, and their geographically distributed IT-infrastructure. “The future looks challenging, but we are looking forward to it,” concludes Diachenko.
